If issues arise with print quality, quantity accuracy, or discrepancies between the final product and your approved artwork, we take full responsibility and will reprint or refund.
Once we hand over your packaged order to our logistics partner and it leaves our warehouse, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Therefore, the following situations are not covered under our refund policy:
Damage Order: Packages that arrive damaged are eligible for a free reprint of the affected items. To verify and process the request, photos of the damaged items and original packaging are required.
Lost Order: When a package appears lost and delivery has not been confirmed, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to investigate. Replacements are not provided when proof of delivery has been issued, the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the package is refused, or multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
If the issue stems from our error, we will cover all costs—including reprinting, return shipping (if applicable), and the original shipping fee. However, if you need to return an item for personal reasons, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note that we rarely require you to return items—especially damaged or misprinted ones. We believe what you see is what you get, but we do require you to upload photographic evidence.
