These terms explain how we work together to make sure your experience with STICKER KIKO is smooth and fair. By using our website, placing an order, or submitting artwork, you agree to follow these guidelines. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use our site or services.
To use STICKER KIKO’s website, products, and services, you confirm and represent that you meet the following eligibility requirements:
Note: STICKER KIKO may refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend your account at its sole discretion if we believe these requirements are not being met.
All artwork, files, and content you send to STICKER KIKO ("User Content") remain your responsibility. We print your designs exactly as you submit them, and we don’t review your artwork for legal compliance or make changes unless you explicitly ask us to.
By submitting your design, you confirm that:
STICKER KIKO may refuse, cancel, or end your order if your artwork:
1. Color Variations
Slight color differences between your digital proof and the final printed product are normal, not defects. This happens due to variations in monitors, printers, inks, materials, and environmental lighting. You may notice minor shifts in vibrancy, opacity, or white ink density — this is all part of the printing process.
2. Material Characteristics
Each material (vinyl, clear, holographic, etc.) has unique visual properties. Light reflection, texture, and finish will vary between options, which is intentional and part of their distinct look.
3. Cutting & Size Tolerances
We follow industry-standard tolerances for cutting and sizing, which are not eligible for refunds or reprints. These include:
1. Digital Proof
If your order requires a proof, we’ll send you a digital version via email within 24 hours. You can request unlimited revisions to tweak your design until it’s perfect. And your order will move to production after your explicit approval, or automatically after 3 days if no response is received. If you don’t receive your proof email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@STICKERKIKO.com.
2. Order Changes
You can request changes only before production begins. STICKER KIKO is not obligated to make adjustments once printing has started.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for free before production begins. However, custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been allocated or printing has started.
