Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StickerKiko website (“Site”), and any products or services offered by StickerKiko (“Services”).
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or uploading artwork, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not use the Site or Services.

Eligibility

StickerKiko may refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion. To use StickerKiko, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age;
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement;
  • Will provide accurate and complete information when creating an order.
  • Have all required rights and permissions to upload and submit any artwork.

User-Submitted Artwork

Responsibility for Artwork

All artwork, files, and content submitted to StickerKiko (“User Content”) remain your responsibility. StickerKiko does not review artwork for legal compliance. StickerKiko prints User Content "as submitted" and does not modify or correct artwork unless explicitly requested and agreed upon. By submitting User Content, you represent that:

  • You own or have authorization to use the artwork;
  • Your artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights;
  • Your artwork does not contain unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited content.

Right to Decline Orders

StickerKiko may refuse, cancel, or terminate any order if the artwork:

  • Violates applicable law;
  • Contains offensive or abusive material;
  • Appears to infringe third-party rights;
  • Poses potential legal or reputational risk.

Custom Printing Limitations

Color Variations: due to variations in monitors, digital previews, printers, inks, materials, and environmental lighting, the following variations are considered normal and not defects.

  • Colors may differ between digital proofs and final printed products.
  • Minor shifts in vibrancy, opacity, and white ink density may occur.

Material Characteristics: Different materials (vinyl, clear, holographic, etc.) may produce different visual results. Light reflection, texture, and finish may vary.

Cutting & Size Tolerances: These tolerances do not warrant a refund or reprint. Industry-standard tolerances apply:

  • ±1–3mm trimming variance;
  • Slight shifts in alignment or cut path;
  • Minor corner rounding variations.

Proofing, Changes & Cancellations

Instant Proofs:  If an instant proof is provided, production will begin only after proof approval. You are responsible for reviewing all details before approval. Once approved, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Order Changes: Changes may only be requested before production begins. StickerKiko is not obligated to make changes after production has started.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before production. Custom products cannot be canceled once materials have been allocated or printing has begun.

Prohibited Activities

Violation may result in order cancellation or service refusal. Please do not:

  • Upload illegal, defamatory, or obscene content;
  • Use copyrighted/trademarked designs without authorization;
  • Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Site;
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape the Site;
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Intellectual Property

StickerKiko Property: All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product photos, layouts, and code—is owned by StickerKiko and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without written permission.

User Artwork: StickerKiko does not claim ownership of your artwork. By uploading artwork, you grant StickerKiko a non-exclusive license to:

  • Print, reproduce, and process your artwork for order fulfillment;
  • Store artwork files for reorders or customer support.

Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies even if StickerKiko has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickerKiko’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in dispute. StickerKiko is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. StickerKiko is not responsible for losses arising from:

  • User-submitted artwork errors;
  • Normal production variations;
  • Shipping delays or carrier issues;
  • Misuse or improper application of products.

Changes to Terms

StickerKiko may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
