General Questions
Most orders follow three steps:
- Digital proof: Within 24 hours, when selected
- Production: Usually 2–4 business days after proof approval
- Standard shipping: Usually 3–5 business days after shipment
Large orders, specialty materials, artwork revisions, and expedited services may affect the timeline.
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on regular orders within the United States. Expedited shipping options, when available, are shown at checkout for an additional charge.
Yes. Our vinyl stickers are made to handle everyday moisture, splashes, and normal indoor or outdoor use. Performance may vary depending on the surface, application method, temperature, and length of exposure.
You can choose one of two proofing options when ordering:
- Print ASAP: Skip the digital proof for the fastest turnaround
- Get a Free Proof: Review the layout, size, cut line, and artwork before production
When a proof is selected, production begins after the proof is approved. Please review proof emails promptly, as an unanswered proof will be automatically approved after 3 days.
Many custom sticker products are available with no minimum order quantity. Promotional deals and certain specialty products may use fixed quantities.Check the individual product page for the available quantity options.
Yes. A Sample Pack lets you compare sticker materials, finishes, print quality, and adhesive performance before placing a custom order.
Ordering & Proofs
Ordering is easy. Choose your sticker type, size, shape, finish, quantity, and turnaround time. Upload your artwork, select your proofing preference, and then complete checkout.
Yes. Custom stickers can be cut around the shape of your artwork. Simple shapes, clean edges, and sufficient spacing between the artwork and cut line generally produce the best results.
Yes. Quantity discounts are included on many product pages. For unusually large quantities, multiple designs, recurring business orders, or custom specifications, submit a request through our Quote page.
A digital proof shows the proposed artwork placement, dimensions, cut line, and other production details. A proof is intended to confirm setup before printing. Reflective, metallic, glitter, holographic, clear, and glow-in-the-dark materials may look different in person because a screen cannot fully reproduce their physical effects.
Yes. Review the proof carefully and reply with any requested changes before approving it. Once the proof is approved and production begins, additional artwork changes may no longer be possible.
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. An order may be canceled before proof approval and production. Once the proof has been approved and production has started, the order cannot normally be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Most Sticker Kiko vinyl stickers use a removable adhesive (medium-tack pressure-sensitive) designed to hold securely and remove more cleanly from most smooth surfaces.
Adhesive performance can vary by surface coating, texture, temperature, moisture, and application time. Test a Sample Pack before using stickers on sensitive, valuable, painted, or difficult surfaces.
Stickers generally apply best to clean, dry, smooth surfaces such as:
- Glass
- Plastic
- Metal
- Laptops
- Bottles and tumblers
- Jars
- Product packaging
- Smooth equipment surfaces
Dust, oil, moisture, texture, wax, and low-surface-energy plastics may reduce adhesion.
Gloss has a shiny, reflective surface that increases contrast and makes colors appear more vibrant. Matte has a smooth, low-glare surface that creates a softer appearance and can make text easier to view under strong lighting.
Choose gloss for a brighter, polished look and matte for a more subtle, non-reflective finish. More detailed guide: gloss vs matte article.
No. Static clings attach to smooth glass-like surfaces without adhesive. They are best for temporary indoor window or mirror applications. Traditional stickers use adhesive and generally provide a stronger, longer-lasting hold.
Artwork & Design
We accept both vector and raster artwork.
- Preferred vector formats: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG
- Accepted raster formats: JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF
Vector artwork is recommended for logos, text, sharp shapes, and custom cut lines.
Raster artwork should be at least 300 PPI at the final printed size. Low-resolution artwork may appear blurry or pixelated when enlarged.
CMYK artwork is preferred because our printing process uses CMYK inks. RGB artwork can be submitted, but some bright screen colors may shift when converted for printing. Printed colors may also look different depending on the material, finish, screen settings, and lighting.
If your background extends to the edge, add at least 1/8 inch of bleed. Keep important details at least 1/16 inch away from the cut edge. A custom cut line is not required for standard shapes. For die-cut stickers, you can provide a vector cut path, or our team can create one during proofing.
For better print consistency, we recommend:
- Text of at least 6 pt
- Lines of approximately 1 pt or thicker
- Fonts converted to outlines in vector files
Very small text and thin lines may become difficult to reproduce clearly.
Screens display RGB light, while printed stickers use physical inks and materials. Monitor calibration, lighting, laminate, and specialty vinyl can all affect the final appearance.
Production & Shipping
Most orders are produced within 2–4 business days after proof approval. Large quantities, specialty materials, complex artwork, revisions, and peak production periods may require additional time.
Faster production options (2 business days) are available for selected products. Available production speeds and any additional charges are shown on the product page or at checkout.
We primarily ship within the United States. Availability for other destinations may vary. Contact our support team before ordering if your destination is not available at checkout.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has shipped. Shipping time is separate from artwork review, proofing, and production time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created.
Contact us as soon as possible if the address needs to be changed. We may be able to update the address before shipment. Once the package has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will accept an address change.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment availability may depend on the device, browser, and checkout location.
Returns, Reprints & Order Issues
Because each product is custom-made, orders generally cannot be returned because of personal preference, an incorrect product selection, or customer-supplied artwork errors. Orders with verified manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or results that do not match the approved proof may qualify for a reprint or refund.
Contact us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the approved proof because of our production process, we will review the issue and may provide:
- A free reprint
- A corrected replacement
- A full refund to the original payment method
The appropriate resolution depends on the verified issue.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. After Sticker Kiko processes the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional business days before the funds appear in your account.
The Satisfaction Guarantee covers verified production and fulfillment issues such as:
- Incorrect finish
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items or quantities
- Size or cut-style errors within the stated guarantee conditions
- Printed results that do not match an approved proof
Note: Customer-submitted artwork errors and changes of preference are not covered.
Reorders & Support
Log in using the account connected to your original order. Find the previous order, select Reorder, review the product and quantity, and add it to your cart. Visit our How to Reorder page for step-by-step instructions.
Normally, no. Reordering through your account copies the product and design information from the previous order. Review all details before checkout, especially if you want to change the size, quantity, material, finish, or artwork.
We aim to produce consistent reorders, but minor variations may occur between production runs because of materials, inks, equipment conditions, and normal manufacturing tolerances. Use the order notes or contact support before ordering when exact matching is especially important.
A reorder is intended to reproduce the previous design. For artwork changes, upload the revised file as a new order or contact our support team before production.
