RETURN & REPRINTS

At Sticker Kiko, all products are custom-made to your specifications. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. 30-Day Issue Reporting

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report any issues. After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

To initiate a request, please email support@stickerkiko.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

2. Defective or Incorrect Products (Our Responsibility)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as approved in the final proof, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free reprint of the order, or
  • Full refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

We do not require the return of defective or incorrect items unless explicitly requested. Please allow us up to 5 business days to review and investigate the issue.

3. Customer Errors (We Resist)

We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer, including:

  • Spelling or design mistakes
  • Incorrect file uploads
  • Incorrect shipping address 

4. Returns & Return Shipping

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not required.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by us.

5. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and will ensure a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Before proof approval: Full refund available
  • After proof approval and production begins: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded

7. EU Customers

In accordance with EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods.
