What We Cover

  • Quality Assurance
    We guarantee that our products meet a minimum of 300 DPI print quality. If your order doesn't meet these standards, we’ll ensure it’s corrected.

  • Order Accuracy
    We strive to ensure that the items, quantities, and specifications in your order are delivered exactly as requested.

  • Timely Production
    Our goal is to produce and ship your order within the promised timeframes. However, once the order leaves our facility, the shipping timeline is subject to the carrier and may vary.

What’s Not Covered

  • Shipping Carrier Issues
    Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delays, damages, or lost packages are out of our control. If tracking shows "Delivered," we consider the order successfully fulfilled.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
    Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Customer Delays
    If we request additional information or artwork from you and do not receive a response, your order may be placed on hold. Production will resume once we receive the required information.

Refunds, Reprints & Credits

  • Damaged Orders
    If your order arrives damaged, we will reprint the affected items at no extra cost. To process your request, we require photos of the damaged items along with the original packaging.

  • Lost Orders
    If your package shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or contacting your local delivery office for assistance. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund or replacement for orders marked as delivered.

  • Quality Issues
    If you feel that your stickers don’t match the design you submitted or are not up to the expected quality, please reach out to us. We will assess the situation and offer a credit, refund, or reprint at no extra cost. Please ensure that your files are at least 300 DPI to be eligible.

Who Covers the Costs

If the issue stems from our error, we will cover all costs—including reprinting, return shipping (if applicable), and the original shipping fee. However, if you need to return an item for personal reasons, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note that we rarely require you to return items—especially damaged or misprinted ones. We believe what you see is what you get, but we do require you to upload photographic evidence.
