Hey there! This quick guide is here to make sure your designs turn out crisp, perfect, and exactly as you imagined. Follow these simple tips, and we’ll handle the rest to deliver your stickers/prints looking their absolute best.
30-Second Checklist
We accept both vector and raster files, but vector artwork is strongly recommended for the cleanest print quality and most accurate cutting.
Vector (Preferred): AI. EPS. PDF. SVG - Scalable without loss of quality. Best for text, logos, and custom cut lines
Raster (Acceptable): JPG. PNG. PSD. TIFF - Add details on availability, style, or even provide a review.
Common Mistake: Low-resolution raster files may appear blurry or pixelated after printing.
Want your stickers to come out crisp and sharp? Resolution is key for non-vector images! We require your files to have a minimum resolution of 300 PPI at the actual print size. If the resolution is too low, your stickers might turn out blurry or pixelated.
Quick tip: Files that don’t meet this standard will be flagged during proofing, and you’ll need to resubmit a higher-quality version.
3. Bleed, Cut Lines & Safe Zones
Essential margins to ensure your design is never cut off.
1/8" Bleed Line: Extend background colors and patterns 1/8" (0.125") beyond the cut line to avoid white edges after trimming.
Cut Lines: Standard shapes (circle, square) don't need a cut line. For custom "Die-Cut" shapes, please provide a vector path.
1/16" Safe Zone: Keep all important text and logos at least 1/16" (0.0625") inside the cut line to prevent accidental trimming.
4. Color Mode & Spot Colors
Our printers use a professional CMYK process to achieve vibrant and accurate results.
CMYK vs RGB: Please provide files in CMYK mode. Files sent in RGB may experience noticeable color shifts when converted for print.
Spot Colors: If your design uses spot colors (Pantone), please specify the color values or provide a physical color sample for matching.
5. Fonts & Line Weights
Small details are important. Follow these minimums to ensure readability and print stability.
Typography
Minimum Size: 6pt font size to ensure legibility.
Convert to Outlines: Always "Outline" or "Expand" fonts to avoid substitution errors.
Line Thickness
Minimum Weight: 1pt line thickness recommended.
Lines thinner than 1pt may "drop out" or appear inconsistent during the printing process.
