1. Finish mismatches: If your stickers arrive with the wrong surface finish (e.g., you ordered glossy but received matte).
2. Print defects: For issues like blurred details, ink smudges, color errors, or visible manufacturing flaws.
3. Delivery errors: If your package is lost in transit, you receive the wrong items, or quantities are incorrect.
4. Size accuracy: We guarantee your finished stickers will be within 0.1 inches of your ordered dimensions (measured on the longest edge).
5. Cut style accuracy: The final cut of your stickers will match the exact style approved in your proof (e.g. circle cut vs. die-cut).
6. Resolution & artwork consistency: If our team enhances your low-resolution artwork to improve quality, the printed result will match exactly what you approved — no surprises.
Note: To keep production moving, our system will automatically approve your proof if we don’t receive a response after sending two email notifications over 3 business days. Auto-approved proofs are not covered by the additional guarantee above.
