At Sticker Kiko, we aim to make every step of the ordering and delivery process clear and straightforward. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Estimated Order Timeline

Proofing, production, and shipping are separate stages.

  • Digital proof, when selected: Usually provided within 24 hours
  • Standard production: Usually completed within 4 business days
  • Rush production: Usually completed within 2 business days
  • Standard shipping: Usually takes 3–5 business days after shipment

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Large orders, specialty materials, artwork revisions, peak production periods, and carrier delays may require additional time.

1. Shipping Coverage

We primarily ship within the United States.

Shipping availability for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, and military addresses may depend on the shipping method available at checkout.

International shipping availability may vary by destination. If shipping is available for your address, the applicable options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders shipped to addresses within our supported U.S. shipping regions.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Available services and pricing depend on the destination and order details.

Production speed and shipping speed are selected separately. Choosing rush production does not automatically include expedited shipping.

3. Digital Proofs

If you request a digital proof, it will usually be emailed within 24 hours after your order is placed.

Production begins after the proof is approved. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, the proof may be automatically approved so that the order can move forward.

Please review all spelling, artwork placement, dimensions, and cut lines carefully before approving your proof. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If you choose to skip the proof, production begins after your order and artwork have been reviewed.

4. Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–4 business days after proof approval or artwork review.

The production time selected on the product page or at checkout applies only to manufacturing. It does not include proofing or shipping time.

Large quantities, specialty materials, complex artwork, artwork revisions, and peak production periods may require additional time.

5. Shipping and Delivery Time

Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the shipping carrier, destination, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers with a firm event date or deadline should allow additional time and select faster production and shipping options when available.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier information.

Tracking information may not update immediately after the shipping label is created. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking number.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are subject to the carrier's operations.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@stickerkiko.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the package and products, when applicable
  • Any relevant tracking information
