What Is the Thickness of the White Border Around My Stickers?
A white border is the extra space between your artwork and the sticker cut line. It creates a clean edge around your design and provides additional cutting tolerance during production.
The white border thickness is adjusted proportionally based on the sticker size.
How Thick Is the White Border?
We use a 3" × 3" sticker as our standard reference size. At that size, the white border is about approximately 1/8" around the edge.
The border scales proportionally depending on the overall sticker size:
- Smaller stickers may have a thinner white border.
- Larger stickers may have a slightly wider white border.
This keeps the sticker appearance balanced across different sizes.
