How to Order Custom Stickers from Sticker Kiko

Ordering custom stickers should feel simple, even if it is your first time.

At Sticker Kiko, most product pages follow a clear ordering flow: choose your size, finish, quantity, production time, upload your artwork, select a proofing option, and add your custom stickers to cart.

This guide walks you through each step, so you know what every option means before you place your order.

1. Start from the Right Product Page

The first step is choosing the product page that best matches what you want to make.

2. Choose Your Sticker Size

Once you are on a product page, the first option you will usually see is size.

Sticker Kiko product pages include both standard sizes and custom sizes. Standard sizes are the easiest option if your artwork fits one of the preset choices.

3. Choose a Finish: Matte or Gloss

Many product pages let you choose between a matte finish and a gloss finish.

Both can look professional, but they create a different visual effect.

4. Select Your Quantity

After choosing your size and finish, select how many stickers you want to order.

Sticker Kiko offers custom stickers with no minimum, which means you can order as few as 1 sticker. If you need a quantity that is not shown in the preset options, choose Custom Quantity and enter the exact number you need.

Ordering for the first time? Start with a smaller quantity, or try a $5 sample pack with free shipping to check the material, finish, and print quality before placing a larger order.

5. Choose Production Time

On our Sticker Kiko product pages, you can choose between standard production and rush production.

• Choose standard production if your order is not urgent. Standard production usually takes 4 business days, making it a good option for regular business use, restocks, or personal projects without a tight deadline.
• Choose rush production if you need your stickers sooner. Rush production usually takes 2 business days, which is helpful for product launches, events, markets, gifts, or last-minute packaging updates.

Reminder:

1. Production time and delivery time are different. Production time is the time needed to make your stickers. Shipping time is the time it takes for your package to arrive after production is complete.
2. Expedited shipping options may also be available during checkout if you need your order delivered faster.

6. Upload Your Artwork

Next, upload your artwork directly on the product page.

Your artwork can be a logo, illustration, product label design, photo, packaging design, or any custom design you want printed as stickers.

For the best print result, use a high-resolution file (300+ DPI). Vector files are usually the best option for logos, text-heavy designs, and clean graphics. High-resolution image files can also work well, especially for photos and illustrations.

Common artwork formats may include:

• AI
• PDF
• EPS
• SVG
• PNG
• JPG or JPEG
• TIF or TIFF

Before uploading your file, check these details:

• Is the image clear and not blurry?
• Is the text easy to read?
• Are the colors correct? (CMYK vs RGB)
• Is the background the way you want it?
• Is the file high resolution?
• Is the design sized correctly?
• Are important details away from the cut edge?
• Do you want the sticker to follow the artwork shape or use a standard shape?

7. Choose Your Proofing Options

Before printing, you may be able to choose a proofing option.

This is one of the most important steps if you are ordering custom stickers for the first time.

Reminder:

• If you choose a free proof, we'll email your digital proof within 24 hours.
• Your order will move into production after you approve the proof. If we don't hear back within 3 days, the proof may be automatically approved so your order can keep moving.

Not sure which option to choose? Select Get a free proof before printing. It is the safer choice for most first-time custom sticker orders because you can review the layout, cut line, and overall design before production starts.

8. Add Notes for the Design Team

If the product page includes a comment or note box, use it to explain anything important about your design.

You can add notes such as:

• Please remove the background.
• Please center the logo.
• Please cut around the main shape.
• Please keep the white border.
• Please make the sticker rectangular.
• Please make sure the QR code stays readable.
• Please check that the text is not too close to the edge.
  

Clear notes can help the design team understand what you expect before preparing your proof or printing your stickers.

If your order has a special request, unusual shape, special size, or bulk requirement, it may be better to request a quote instead of placing a standard product page order.

9. Review Your Order Before Adding to Cart

Before clicking Add to Cart, take a moment to review every order detail.

Check:

• Product type
• Size
• Finish
• Quantity
• Production time
• Uploaded artwork
• Proofing option
• Design notes
• Price
• Shipping details at checkout

This final check helps prevent common ordering mistakes, such as choosing the wrong size, uploading the wrong file, or skipping proof review when you actually wanted to see one.

If everything looks correct, add the item to your cart and continue to checkout.

10. What Happens After You Place Your Order?

After you place your order, the next steps depend on the proofing option you selected.

• If you selected Get a free proof before printing, the Sticker Kiko team will prepare a digital proof for you to review. Once you approve the proof, your order can move into production.
• If you selected Print ASAP, your order can move forward faster because you are allowing the team to print without waiting for proof approval.

After your stickers are printed, they are packed and shipped to you. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.
